Cancellation Policy
By booking our studio, you agree to respect the space, staff, equipment, and community. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in forfeited booking time, fees, or loss of future booking privileges. Clients are responsible for their guests, clean-up, equipment use, and any damages caused during their booking. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour, or unauthorized alcohol are not permitted. The studio reserves the right to refuse or end any booking that violates our policies or puts the space, staff, equipment, or community at risk.
